To make my decision easier, someone came around and looked at the things I needed to get cleared. A fair price was made (I compared with other companies) and then Andy and David came, worked quickly, very professional, helped even to remove lamp shades and curtains and left everything in order, taking everything with them that needed to be gone. I was so happy with their service and help. I can only recommend HV Properly Clearance if you want to flat cleared when moving to another city.

It so happened that the quote had to be adjusted as the Housing Association had added extra requirements. H V dealt with this promptly. They turned up punctually on the agreed date. I had no need to be present as I had left a key.When the job was completed they sent me images to my phone. Payment was easy. There are a number of options. He went to the property to assess the clearance, quoted by email with all relevant information. We booked a date suitable for us to be in Glasgow. David and team arrived promptly at 10am as advised and completed the job with politeness and professionalism. We went out and on our return all was completed - this clearance required removal of everything, carpets, curtains, blinds, light fittings along with all furniture and belongings. The property was immaculate, they had even swept up all the dust and rubbish that happens when lifting carpets.
