The company made everything so easy at a difficult time after my fathers passing. I can't recommend HV Property Clearance enough. I needed to have my late dad's council property cleared and cleaned and the team did a wonderful job. Isabel and Sarah kept me updated and were understanding and sympathetic of my situation. The job was carried out on time and keys handed back to council on schedule.

Excellent experience with HV Property Clearance. Contacted them to request a quotation for a complete loft clearance in my property and Isabel who arranged to visit and assess the work required and provided me with a verbal quotation, which was very reasonable, took details of requests I had to keep certain items, and followed up with an email detailing the work involved and a breakdown of the cost, there was no pressure but I felt confident and happy to accept. David & Edwardo arrived as planned and carried out the clearance which involved a lot of items, some heavy items. They were both extremely professional, organised, co-ordinated, efficient, pleasant, helpful and respectful. Their work was of an extremely high standard. They even swept the loft after clearance, replaced the hatch door and hoovered my hall carpet! Later on the same day Sarah gave me a courtesy telephone call to check that I was happy with everything. I wish to thank Isabel, David, Edwardo and Sarah for their first class, excellent service, high standards, attention to detail and excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and feel I can't thank or praise them sufficiently.

I contacted HV property clearance to remove lots of items from previous tennant. The staff contacted me to confirm they were on their way and arrived promptly. I cannot believe how courteous and professional they were and despite the flat being a mess, they cleaned up prior to leaving. I would recommend them to anyone and after finding more rubbish has been left, I will book them again. Can't praise them enough.

Thoroughly professional and very courteous team, from the initial visit to provide a quote through to my booking the clearance. Was kept informed all the way and they arrived exactly when they said they would. No pressure at all to book with them and left me to contact them after the quote, which was appreciated given the difficult time it was following my mothers passing. Recommended by friends, we asked HV to clear my mother in law's house for us. Isabella quoted and juggled things around so that we could be accomodated quickly. She was friendly, polite and then on the day, she worked with David to clear the house and garage very quickly. Photos were sent to show the final result and we were very pleased. The whole process from my initial call to the finish was excellent. Everyone was very polite and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing service from start (initial visit by Isabel) to the actual clearance to the follow up after. Everything was done in a timely fashion and if there were to be any issues we were always advised in advance. HV Property Clearance within 24 hours of being contacted removed quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner a corner sofa, bedside drawers, a headboard and a rug for less than most had quoted me for the sofa removal alone. Sarah of the office staff could not have been more helpful – all the way through to checking afterwards that I was happy with the job they did. Professional throughout. My experience of having to empty everything from the place that I had lived in for over 30 years because I was having to leave it behind to care for a friend was that much easier than I could imagine thanks to Isabel with her intuitive support.

Cleaning service: I have already left a review with regard to the excellent job made of clearing our property. But I feel it necessary to add a further review as we decided a couple of weeks after the clearance that actually the state the property had been left in required a professional cleaner. I contacted the firm and arranged for this to carried out.
Once the guys were nearly done they asked me to come and see the results - I could not believe my eyes - it was like a different house - the house it used to be. If I posted before and after pictures you would not believe it was the same house!
Thank you to David who was my main point of contact but also to Isabel and Sarah. – I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

I had to phone HV on the morning arranged for clearing my father’s house to explain that the train service was disrupted and I would be at least an hour and a half later than the time I had booked. I expected HV to suggest another date and time but instead they said “That’s OK, Phone us when you know what time you’ll be at the house.” So that’s what I did and they were true to their word. Don’t think I could have got better service than that.

I was so pleased with the way the house clearance (mum’s house in Motherwell in Lanarkshire) was handled on Saturday. As you can imagine it was a moment I have been dreading and had been putting it off until I could not do so any longer. Whilst I want to get things completed, there is such a lot of emotion when you have to dispose of things that were important to people you loved. However, when the day came, I could not have hoped for a better group of people to be doing it than Michael and his team. The day proved to be less traumatic than I imagined it would be. As I live down south, I knew that for my own closure I had to be there to actually see it happening so that I would face up to it properly. To know that the cleaning is now going to be done is such a relief.

I contacted HV Property Clearance as i was looking for a local company in East Kilbride and who had great reviews. I needed to clear an elderly relatives’s house. I booked a free quotation with Michael and he came out the next day came to give me a quote. He was a really professional who was genuine and told me exactly how the service worked.
